My ASTRX Twinstar II is broke

Had a rush of blood and deleted all the transponders on one satellite and since then the unit has the following symptoms:

The receiver sends the word Digital surrounded by a graphic to the TV about every 5 seconds.
The display on the receiver indicates the time that the receiver has been operating when powered down.
This would seem to indicate that there is some life in the processor and at least part of the operating system is ok.

I have written to Dongwon Telecoms who manufactures the receiver and received an email response from a Mr. D. S. Kwak who signed himself Director, Sales Team and USA Branch Office which stated, in part, that there was a dealer in Australia who imported the Dongwon receivers but not with the ASTRX name.

Via email I asked for the dealers name, amongst other things, but have received no response. It would seem finding this dealer is my only chance of getting the receiver working again.

Needless to say I am disappointed and frustrated with Dongwon.

Any ideas, comments, advice would be greatly appreciated.
