Nokia 9660 S Help

Hi,

I have a problem with my Nokia 9660s receiver.

I left my Nokia unpluged from power for about 6 months
and now wenn i try to start the nokia again it comes on
for 30 seconds then it goes in standby and switches off
completly and then it starts up again by it self and it goes again
after 30 seconds in standby and it repeat it self again and again
until i unplug the power.
Im not sure is it a firmware or hardware problem

If any one can help me or know someone here in Melbourne
who can fix my Nokia i would be very greatfull.

The capacitors in the Power supply have dried out,,,

Better Holler for an ""OCEAN""" he'll fix it.
