Aspect Ratio Changer

Im having trouble finding a free program to convert 4x3 video into 16x9 as people with a twinhan 1020 will no when u record some sat feeds it dosnt record in the correct ratio. Screen shot of Martin place test patten

I would recommend playback in something like VLC or Zoomplayer. You can manually change the aspect ratio on playback.

If you actually want to update the details in the mpg file, then I'm not sure. Possibly something like VirtualDub-MPEG or similar might help.

I know this is an old post but....
.
My reciever has an aspect ratio button.
But not all can be swapped over all the time.
Maybe a function of the software?
