would the alumimium 80cm take the 3 Way LNB holder you also sell?

Good question as that size would be great for 3 LNBs.

Hmm, what is the difference between aluminium and steel? Aside they last longer, but not me,lol:)

hopefully lighter/more rigid?

A rusty dish looks awfull but when the arm rusts as they often do the LNB drops off.

simmo 03-09-2009 10:41 AM

One could possibly say that at the price offered....if the 'arm' rusted off....it would be prudent to purchase a new dish....complete!

We did tests years ago, back in the 80's I think, in regards to materials for dish construction. I seem to recollect that we did not even consider Aluminums....spun steel was easily available.

Nowadaze (sic) dishes are that cheap due to PTV mobs running around willy nilly with bodgy installs.....

I digress due to the influence of Johnny Walker...
May I support our SITE SPONSOR and indicate that these prices are remarkably cheap, buy a few!

I recall something about dishes made of certain metals flexing and distorting in heat?

Sorry for the delay in reply, some forum bug prevented us from replying sooner.

The 3 way LNB holder we currently sell don't fit the FTE dish's, however next shipment from FTE Maximal we will have the factory designed units to suits the actual dish.

MrElectricity 07-09-2009 07:01 AM

So the next question of cause is will the new multi LNB holder be the same price as the existing one ?
