these are presently on trademe for about $7x.00 which blind scan /auto scan aswell as being able to go below 2000 s/r. could store that ge 23 freq namely 12674v, 1250 & it stored & scanned it although as it is not a tv sig nothing was found.
this box only has 1 set of r,w,y rca sockets. the black one is rca rf out which is fixed on nz ch 9 .
