Can Someone Help Me With my SUPERNET488A

Hi, I am new to this forum and I would appreciate any help at all.

About 6 weeks ago, I purchased a Supernet488A set top box. It was working fine. Just recently, when I try to watch any channels through it, it comes up with an error, saying 'E00' and than some Chinese writing after it. I tried Unplugging the box and then deleting and re-installing the channels. This did not work for me.
I cannot read Chinese but I am wondering if anyone could help me with this problem.

Bassett, I have been away for a week and when I came back, I noticed all these problems. I don't know much about this sort of stuff but it looks exactly the same as a supernet488A. Even the remote looks exactly the same. I did buy it from ebay however it WAS an Australian seller. I was watching NITV, Imparja, 7 Central, Win and the normal FTA channels through it. I have never changed the software. I thought that the Menu language had changed as well when I first saw it, but it is still definitely in English. I just need to know what the error means. Has my box had it! ALREADY!

Pull the dodgy card out of the slot and cut it n half then reinsert it ;)
