The one i tried overnight was quirky and the defaults when reset went back to the incorect PCR for Freeview lineup. Also another issue with it Not letterboxing the pics correctly. I don't know if you have a similar problem. I didn't have time to try an update to fix it as I only had it overnight.

thanks for that the letterbox thing i have been batteling with since i got it i lose 1/2 an inch of each side of any wide screen program useing the rca outputs god knows how i fix it tryed every setting i can but :( :( other than that im happy with it just wasnt sure what would happen if i uploaded the update dont think ill bother now cant be botherd to re input all the tps ive got in it
that said its the first sat box ive had and im getting to love it as a hobby :) :)

Yeah I noticed the same problem Extreme overscaning of the pic. Almost as though it was zoomed. But can remember seeing several options for the picture size. When it scanned it would show correctly letterboxed on my 4x3 set but when switched back on it would always default to 4x3 full.

i must try playing with the settings again.other prob i encounter is on occasion when i manualy enter a freq it deletes 12456/22500 cant figure y happend a few times now ???? .but not a bad beginner box will need to upgrade if/when i move up to c band:) :)
