PBI Decoder Model DVR-1000

I am from NZ and a newbie.I have managed to get TV3 and C4 up and running on the above decoder but not TV1,TV2 and Maori channel.I suspect the problem is with the pcr pids.Can anyone help.
Please note I do have audio on these 3 channels

have one of these strange boxes as well. pcr on 1 2 maori is 8190, tv3 is 512, c4 is 513.

Have you entered 12483 H sr 22500 Fec 3/4 as a transponder?
also set NIT load to ON.

I've not seen one of these PBI units but most receivers follow the basics

there is no mention of nit or of much else. to scan have to go to chanel data (its spelling) ok,add ok enter lnb, freq,symb, pol, also space for diseqc which only works on A, tried b3 on C cannot find.another ok then channels eventually appear. then redo on 12456 then shuffle around. this was an unwise purchase on trademe from an aucklander who likes rice & chopsticks.it also smears on captions. ps password is 8888
