Hi everyone im one of the new guys on the block and need some help. I have a vortec vs9800ci plus decoder box im interested in down loading updates for this box, i know that samsungcorp produced the box but they dont answer there emails, in fact no one seems to know anything about the box, so im wondering is this box now obsolete? also recently the remote wont respond to the box(yes i changed batteries) so i brought the new universal remote that u enter a code but vortec was not listed so i used there web site to download the code apparently for my box but still no good, is it possible that something burnt out in the box?also any additional info on where to get info on my box would be appreciated.
