Fortec problem

Fortec 5100 seems to have died. No signs of life other than a feint flicker on the LED when you turn the power on at the GPO. We've had no electrical storms , no surges etc. Worked fine the day before. Any obvious clues before I go into spasm? Where do I go for help if its not an obvious fix?

mine did the same it was somthing to do with power supply in the box it cost 99 dollers in perth wa to fix

Sounds like the power supply,, if it was software, you would get a green light flashing,, and we all know about that. There is a Fortec agent in Melbourne, but who knows IF they do repairs.
really the easest way, is to borrow another unit and swap the power supplies, then you will know for sure what the problem is.
