Manhattan ST 350, No "System Info" option under System menu

Hi

I just bought ST 350 and couldn't find "System Info" option under System menu; It does show on page 6 of Instruction manual.

I thought it might be a software bug and upgraded the firmware today, still nothing happening.

Has anyone got an idea to trigger this option pop up? I am trying to get some feed back from the company.

Hi blu,

I have one of these boxes. I assume you are expecting to find what version of soft/firmware you are running or confirmation that upgrade has happened. I cannot find this info either. I've tried major switch off, expecting splash-screen to provide info, nope!!

From my experience don't expect immediate response from web site

I’ve searched in this forum and know it’s actually an issue of ST 350, but it doesn’t affect my usage – it’s a good receiver generally.

The interesting is that the problem happened a couple of years ago, but hasn’t been fixed yet, it looks like the company doesn’t own the source code of firmware or bad service.

Been a good box for me, but.............

should be able to see version of firmware on-board

Go to menu, >>>install >>>data download >>>press ok >>> ota loader >>>loader status....Bingo.

I also got the reply from the company:

"Sir,
On later softwares eg version 74 System Info contents have been moved to
INSTALL---Data Download---OTA Loader---Loader Status. In Loader Status 2nd line from
top right hand side indicates the download version. At the bottom appear the
previous System Info.
