Can Pent@Value Card Receive TV Programs?

Hi everyone,

I 've got a Pent@Value card which, together with its software, can provide high-speed Internet downloads. But I'd like to receive DVB-S TV programs as it is said to be compliant. Onboard chips includ: BT878 and HDM8513.

Anyone has a how-to idea? Tips and help will be greatly appreciated.
