Fotec Blind Scan

I finally got a Fortec Lifetime Ultra, thinking this would make things easier with a blind scan, yeh right.
I cannot get GWN, WIN, Imparja SBS, ABC on C1 or B3.
I can get all the usual stuff on B1, but seen they remove SCB 7 off B1 I thought I would go the other way and use B3 or C1.

Now the confusing part, the scanner picks up heaps, but very little works, so I tried entering feq and Pid's, narda, zip, zilch.
B3 & C1 S 90% Q 50% - 70%.
What the hell am I doing wrong, is it me or the box??
B1, althought getting the channels, there is a lot of fade in this area, even the mear mention of cloud and it's gone.

Any and all help appreciated, or I am going to end up with some big paper weights.

Ok, Ok, I have already been told, before the Moderators give me a lecture, apparently I did a No No,.
Only new here and to this stuff, didn't know that those channels I mentioned were encrypted and not FTA.
A few People in our area have those channels on NONE card boxes.

Didnt those encrypted channels show up on a blind scan of C1????

No, but I only scanned FTA+D, not ALL, but when i scanned B3, from memery 205 channels come up, Win, GWN, ICTV and central 7 all come up, encrypted, the $ next to each channel, except Expo, aHome, help, TVSN, Tone ....Etc.

And all of the above are on C1, not B3....

What software is your fortec loaded with. probably a version that is very good for something in Asia, or north americia,
