Something that has been bugging with this unit is this,
Whenever i do a blindscan on a satellite and it doesnt matter which satellite and i occsionally find a tp with a feed on it for example on B1 it might find activity at 12357 sr 6666 i notice this info as its scanning and after scanning it goes saving the channels it just skips this one as if nothing is there, so then i decide to go into the units advanced options were you can input the tp and sr and it has the pids set at auto, im assuming by doing this it will find the pids and then i can save the channel, but again it comes up with nothing found but heaps of signal quality, ok at this point your saying maybe its a data tp, well thats what i thought so i try inputing in those figures on my humax ir ace and guess what it loads up with a feed, unfortunately this unit doesnt show pids so i have no idea what pids are being used and this unit caznt blindcan so its my emergency receiver when i want to see something the LTU cant do.
So my point is this when doing a blindscan and you notice a tp with activity and it doesnt load and theres signal quality how do i find out what the pids are.
My boot version is 6.1 and im using firmware 2.65

My Ultra does this much the same thing ( North America ). Figured it was a channel the receiver did not know how to handal , data maybe or some odd ball encription system .

I sat here watching this thread to see if there was any answers to this issue, as the same thing happens on my Fortec Ultra CI machine as well.

If I put the same parameters into the Atom, it shows the feed.

I'll keep a lookout, and when/if I see the same again, I will try report the known parameters and see if other Fortec users can load the feeds in question ?

Maybe it's a similar issue of Imparja on B1, and if it won't reveal the PIDS in the normal blind scan, and it won't play? Once PIDS are put in via Advanced, it works of course. I wonder how many other feeds the Fortec does miss when in the blind scan mode?
