I have one but it does not blind scan. Not in any specs I read anywhere.
Yes it does things one cannot talk about on here.
With an authorised Austar card, it struggles with Nickelodian,Discovery,Weather channel among others.
Has a good signal thingo, that not only displays quality and strength, but has an audio tone that is louder on strong signals and quieter on weaker signals.
Channel loading is quick, channel changes ok.Easy to operate, small unit.
Seller/retailer has been helpful with software and bug fighting. Not a site sponser

Funny that people try to sell you equiptment saying it has this feature and that feature, when in fact it does not have the features at all !
While Googling recently,I stumbled accross a Brisbane company advertising the Wavelength DSR 103 FTA reciever at an OK price.
So i emailed them asking ; Does the Wavelength DSR 103 FTA reciever also have a "Blindscan/Blindsearch" function?.. if not do you have any FTA stb's that do,with UCAS ?
...the reply was ;The Wavelength DSR807 has a blind scan function and Ucas and a Viaccess + Irdeto slot.
$250 delivered.

(i've since seen it elsewhere for $180)... but now seeing that the unit does not have Blindscan,i am now much the wiser and will keep looking for a good priced quality unit that does have the faetures that i require :)
