Hi to All

I'm a newbie in this field and I'm from Fiji. We have 2 Satellite TV providers in Fiji - Sky Pacific and PBS. They both us the same Satellite for their services and I have both. However, I have both located in the same location in my house. I requested for another decoders so that I can see another location I my house. They can supplier the decoder but they also want addtional subscription for this. I feel that it's not fair. Is there any way I can buy another decodes from independent source without worrying about the subs? I know I can use a splitter but I want to select channels independent of the original decoder.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Well ...Somebody could email him if he put his email address down but not through the forum avenues as they can be conveniently monitored can they not?

Hi YKK, mate in Oz, a second or third etc decoder from the supplier is money for jam for them and they charge a pittance for that extra box.
Here I think it is about $20 a month? (plus your first box sub obviously!)

The suppliers are worried about the third unit in your home, because as a businessman they think u could resell them to a friend/family, who has a similar Satellite system, already set up in his/her back yard.
If u are member of a Satellite system just follow their rules.
I have heard from a family that PBS is giving a Satellite package for F$199.
But it is only for Fiji residents.

Here it is Saturday morning at 0725.
Good the cooler winds are blowing again to keep the temp. to about 30deg,
Last few weeks it was reaching above 35deg.
