Hello,
I have a Dreamx DT470 reciever. I cannot find the satellite PAS 10 on it. Can anyone help with software that I can flash it with so I can tune in some more staellites?

You don't need any special software to lock onto PAS 10 or any satellite mate.

I have a 2.7m mesh motorised dish, how can I position the dish to this satellite and tune in the channels?

OK, you can't receive Pas10 in Sydney. It's below the horizon.

Thank you. Which horizon the east or the west. I can only latch on to Asiasat3 and that 2 is not very good reception. Which ones can I get where I am?

Other satellites probably visible to you would be..
Palapa C2
Asiasat4
Apstar6
Telstar18
Measat2
Pas8
Pas2
I701
Maybe others depending on your obstructions?
Browse through them here http://www.lyngsat.com/asia.html
And like the Pas10 tracker Simmo posted you can see the angle of every satellite here http://www.lyngsat.com/tracker/asia.html

Is it possible to latch on to all these satellites with one motorised dish or will i have to change the elevation for the different satellites?

The motorised dish tracks the arc where the satellites are 'parked'. Any obstructions and you won't get the sat.
