FORTEC ULTRA channel help

I am unable to pickup these channels with the FORTEC ULTRA, all other channels ok. While my dion and nextwave sdr3220 are able to with ease. Any reason.

My 5100 Plus + Ultra does??
2.40 Boot 5

My Fortec Ultra sees all these services fine with version 2.61, boot 6.1.

I have tried various versions and this seems to be the best for me.

thanks guys for your replies. Now I know I need the gtools, which I got, but where to get the versions you mention to update the decoder.

Gtools is for channel/tp list changes.
If you wanna play with firmware, you'll need gtrom.... or similar....

I think the version that Ocean indicates, (2.61) is available here??? dunno?
If not, we'll put it up for ya.
