Em-150IR

I have a receiver written EM-150IR with a slot for a card.
I take it to be a Emtech 150IR and my Dealer have set a password. and now i want to reset the password. I tried the default password "0000" and it did not work. Can someone suggest a way to reset the password.

It may not be possable to reset the password, I take it your trying to access , some sort of "loader" info. Unfortunatly passwords can be anything from 0000 to 9999
You could try finding a section called "System Parameters" or simler in your menu, which will have a password setting, even if its only for the "perental control"

I,ve had a look round and found this, dunno if it will work.

Try menu then move to (STB Status) & Press 9876 or 1234 or 6962

Instead i didnt the STB Status thing. It shows STB Setting.

I tried in that with the nos above and it didnt work.
