Please Help About send boot to fortec stat LifeTime

I have the uploder software and BootBin .
The RS232 est OK.. I can send the FLASH Bin but nor the Boot bin .

An error is viewed : "File Type Dismatched...."
I have this error inti 2 Computer ..

Please help me
