First you need to download DVBEdit from here:

http://www.coolstf.com/dvbedit/

You need to use a null modem cable to connect your nokia to your pc.

If there are any channels stored on the receiver that you want to keep click Serial/Read Settings. Once their loaded click Serial/Signal Scanner. Click the appropriated Band Cband, Asia Pacific (ku), Universal. Select Horizontal or Vertical Polarity (or both) then click Start. Then it will do a quick scan and show a graph. Click Auto Add Channels, Set the Acquisition Bandwidth to 30Mhz and the frequency step to 2Mhz. Highlight the entire graph by clicking at the start of the graph and dragging your mouse accross the graph. Click QPSK Scan.

If you scan horizontal and vertical with these settings it will take about 2 hours. You can shorten the scan time by increasing the frequency step but you may miss some of the channels on the satellite. When it finishes scanning click close and you should have some extra channels loaded in the list. If there is more than one channel for each frequency you can keep one and delete the rest of the duplicates. Upload these to your nokia and select one of the new channels. On the nokia go to Menu/6 and wait for the signal to register, then press 9 to scan for the channels.

Have Fun
