fortec help please

can anyone give me some help with a fortec ultra. while in power scan, eg:
c1 12407v 30000, it finds 11407v 30000 and 11407H and 12407v and 12407H and
loads all channels 4 times.
is this a software problem because I know it's not a cross pol problem. I
have 2 other blind scanners and they don't do this. I am using a universal
lnbf.
it does this on c band as well as ku .
does anyone know what I can do about it or is it faulty? :mad:

It sounds like it isn't switching LNB voltage? (If you are SURE you havent a cross-pol prob)
What software version?
