improving use of Humax 5400z

How can one improve a Humax 5400z, with software or cam, currently it has an empty cam slot and a useless Irdeto v1 card. to receive wider selection of sat programs. Location Victoria Australia.

The all cammed TOH firmware in not UCAS. It does however, let u see Video and Audio PIDs etc that the original firmware does not. So that is a plus. The TOH 3.2 also fixes the PAL/NTSC problem for the HIC bootloader OAK models.

I wish that there was a way to increase the Humax's symbol rate range beyond 30K or is it 32K ? ..... to up around 45K, so see All the Birds up there ! ........ Is there a mod that can be done? ..... or is there a fix for this in the TUX 3.1 & hot 1.2/1.4 software ?

About the only thing with a high S/r rate is Measat two, with a symble rate of 41500, and Humax will not except the digitial system used on Measat. The programming is also encriptd with Viaccess 2.4
